Resolved, that the Directory of City Development is authorized to act on the behalf of the Authority to submit to the US EPA an application for a supplemental grant to the BC-RLF, sign all forms and documents necessary, pay all fees, and take necessary action to undertake, direct, complete, and submit the supplemental grant application(Grant Control #00034).

Fiscal Note: It is estimated that the brownfield clean-up sites represent an estimated need of funds in excess of $3,000,000.00. A 20% local match is required ($600,000.00 local match). Match funds are available via non-EPA grants, Tax Increment Districts, and the Intergovernmental Shared Revenue account (Grant Control #00034).</description><pubDate>Tue, 21 Apr 2015 20:40:18 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
