FURTHER RESOLVED, that permission be granted to erect a tent in the Walker site parking lot with the stipulation that no stakes are to be installed in the pavement in order to support this tent. FURTHER RESOLVED, that permission be granted to Recreational Leadership Company, Inc., to close Christopher Columbus Causeway, from Lake Avenue east to the water's edge, from Sunday, August 7, 2006, at 8:00 a.m., through Sunday, August 13, 2006, at 10:00 p.m. FURTHER RESOLVED, that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D.
