Coast Guard requesting permission to close the Main Street Bridge to boat traffic on Saturday, July 4, 2009, from 7:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and both the Main Street and State Street Bridges on Saturday, July 4, 2009, from 9:05 p.m. to 10:40 p.m., for the Fourth Fest activities.
