The Common Council hereby declares its intention to exercise its power under s. 66.60(7), Wisconsin Statutes, to levy special assessments upon property within the following described area for benefits conferred upon such property by improvement of the following street(s): All property fronting upon: Sidewalk 1. 2908 Indiana Street 2. Said public improvement shall consist of Sidewalk Construction. 3. The total amount assessed against such property shall not exceed the total cost of the improvements and the amount assessed against any parcel shall not be greater than the benefits accruing thereto from said improvements. 4.
