That the plans presented at the November 30, 2016 Plan Commission meeting be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and all required permits be obtained. c. That the Commission authorizes the museum to be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. d. That the Parking areas be repaired, resealed and restriped by May 31, 2017. e. That a landscaping plan be provided showing the details of the current landscaping and/or any changes planned to the landscaping. f. That any exterior signage shall be submitted to the Director of City Development for Review and approval of design and/or placement prior to a request for a sign permit.
