The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows: Part 1: Article II. Division 2. of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows: “DIVISION 2. ALDERMANIC DISTRICT BOUNDARIES. Sec. 2-36. Redistricting. Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 62.08, the boundaries of the aldermanic districts of the city shall be redistricted effective January 1, 2012, in accordance with the district designations set out in this division. Sec. 2-37. Aldermanic district no. 1. Aldermanic district no. 1 shall be comprised of municipal ward nos. 1 and 2.
