Recommendation of the Finance & Personnel Committee on 01-07-2019: That formal bidding be waived in accordance with Racine Municipal Code Section 46-28 for contracts relating to the Public Service Commission "Energy Efficiency Grant": $28,000 with the University of Wisconsin Extension Service (as represented by Sherrie Gruder, Energy Program Manager & Sustainability Design Specialist) and $50,000 with the Madison, WI office of HGA Engineering (as represented by Svein Morner, PE, PHD, CCP, LEED AP, principal Engineer and sustainable energy practice leader).
