Title: Subject: Communication sponsored by Alder Tate ll, on behalf of the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works/Operations, submitting the 2020 summary of lease agreements for office space. Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 12-10-19: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into lease agreements for 2020 for rental office space in City Hall, City Hall Annex and the Safety Building at the rental rates as submitted. Further recommends to amend the lease agreements for Racine Concert Band and Toys for Tots to be at no fee from January 2020 to March 2020 and for the Public Works Department to bring back lease agreements for Racine Concert Band and Toys for Tots to cover April 2020 to December 2020. Fiscal Note: Rental rates will increase in 2020 due to the 2020 Consumer Price Index increasing by 2.9%. These leases will generate a total annual revenue of approximately $126,948.93.
