Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 2-25-20: That permission be granted to the Downtown Racine Corporation to close Ontario Street from the CNH parking lot to State Street, State Street from Erie Street to Main Street, Main Street from State Street to 6th Street, and 6th Street from Main Street to Center Street on Saturday, March 14, 2020, from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M., for the St. Patrick's Day Parade and 5K Run/Walk, with the attached stipulations. Fiscal Note: There will be nominal costs to the various City departments, on a regular shift basis, to assist in implementing this event.
