Subject: Communication sponsored by Alder Lemke requesting permission for the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a Contract Agreement and to accept additional funding in the amount of $86,101.00 from the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Public Health for Bioterrorism Preparedness. The funds will be used to enhance Wisconsin's ability to rapidly mobilize, surge, and respond to public health emergencies identified by CDC.
