(Grant Control# 00374) Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 07-12-2021: That the Director of City Development, or his designee, be authorized to act on behalf of the City to accept the US EPA BC-RLF Supplemental grant and to sign all forms and documents, pay all fees, and take all necessary action to undertake, direct, and complete the supplemental grant activities. Fiscal Note: The City has been awarded $500,000. There are no required matching funds from the City to receive this funding. Funds in the City’s BC-RLF are available to developers subject to a 20% funding match from the developers.
