Fiscal Note: Includes wage Increases of 4% on January 1, 2021, 2022, and 2023 and 3% in 2024. Also includes a retention bonus of $2,000 and a sick leave buyout option. The cumulative costs of the negotiated settlement over the four year period amount to approximately $3,500,000 in wages and benefits. Base wages will increase by 15% over the term of the contract.
