Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends that the CDBG Advisory Board approve the Contract Extensions for both HALO and LSS. Additionally, staff recommends approval of the budget amendment for HALO permitting them to re-categorize their funds from Rapid ReHousing to Shelter Services. Fiscal Note: Extending the HALO and LSS contracts does not change their overall budgets.
