(Res No. 0112-17) Recommendation of the Finance & Personnel Committee on 3/27/17: That Concession Services at the North Beach Bath House be awarded to The Benjamin Beer Company, Inc. for an initial two year term from May 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018 with an option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year terms if mutually agreed to in writing by both the concessionaire and the City. Fiscal Note: The Benjamin Beer Company, Inc. will remit 15% of the gross sales in 2017 and 20% of gross sales in subsequent years. Based on prior years sales numbers, the City anticipates approximately $8,000 of revenue in 2017. Fiscal Note: There are sufficient remaining funds in the 2016 Police Department budget and line item account to facilitate the carry-forward.
