Have training for all Commission members on how to help residents effectively fill out and file Fair Housing complaints with the state or HUD. 2. Bring WI Department of Workforce Development/WI Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection (DATCP) staff to the Commission to train Commission members on tenant-related complaint processes, timelines, and resources. 3. Commission to hold and promote community trainings (with City staff) to educate City residents about Fair Housing rights, what to expect if they file complaints, how to effectively file Fair Housing complaints and/or general tenant complaints with DATCP. 4.
