Approval of Minutes for the April 28, 2026 Meeting.  
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as printed on a motion made by Alder  
Pabon, seconded by Alder Weidner.

in the amount of $825,000.00, along with alternate bids 1-5 in the amount  
of $221,000.00 for a total of $1,046,000.00, they being the lowest  
responsible, responsive bidder.

accepted and final payment authorized for a total contract amount of  
$537,185.97. Final payment to include retainage.
