Special Common Council Meeting

Closed Session
It is intended that the Common Council will convene in closed session pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes section 19.85(1)(e), to address matters that, for competitive or
bargaining reasons, require a closed session.
Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason requesting the
Common Council address and consider possible action as to the
Management Agreement for the Racine Civic Centre and Memorial Hall
between the City of Racine and 5KEvents.org, LLC.
Staff Recommendation: To be discussed.

The Common Council will return to open session and may take action on any item
discussed in closed session.
