The Utility Director presented the sewer extension request for Hood's Creek Addition
#6, located within the Village of Mount Pleasant. The extension will serve 16 new single
family lots in this proposed subdivision. Per Sewer Agreement Section 3.3a, the
Commission is required to approve all SSR party sanitary sewer extensions, provided
they meet the requirements detailed in the section. The extension entails
approximately 1,302 L.F. of 8" diameter PVC sanitary sewer. The anticipated average
daily flows are expected to be well within the allocated conveyance and treatment
capabilities.

The Wastewater Utility Superintendent, Mary-Frances Klimek, submitted for review the
2025 Racine Wastewater Utility Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR), in
which the Utility received a Grade "A" in all categories. The Wastewater Commission
authorized a Resolution that the CMAR was reviewed and approved.
