Local 321 contract. The settlement also includes increases for  
members’ employee health insurance premium contributions from 7.5 %  
to 10%, effective January 1, 2027, and to 12.5%, effective January 1,  
2028. Cumulative costs of the contractual increases for the Racine Fire  
Staff Officers’ Association over the four-year period amount to  
approximately $125,000 in wages and benefits over the life of the
