Dear Ms. Deuster,

It is hereby agreed that Timer's of Racine, Inc. D/B/A Timer's Beverage Center, voluntarily surrenders
it's Wholesale Beer license, effective June 30, 2012.  It is also our understanding that the new ordinance
allowing wine sampling on "Class A" premises within the city limits of Racine is permissible by city
ordinance.  A refund for the Wholesale Beer license which has already been paid for must be granted.
It is also understood that state law guidelines for wine sampling will be adhered by.  If there are any
questions, please call.
