Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Parks, Recreation and
Cultural Services Department would like to meet with the Public Safety and
Licensing Committee to request permission to enter in an agreement with David
L. Hanson and Associates, Inc. to prepare plans and specifications to replace
the softball lights at Island Park South Diamond.
The cost is not to exceed
$6,000.00 plus reimbursable costs. Funds are available in account 988.710.5020,
Replace Island South Ball Lights.
Staff will be available at
the meeting to discuss this in greater detail.
