execute and sign contract #2026048 with Environmental Systems
Research Institute, Inc. to purchase GIS software.
Fiscal Note: This is a three-year contract with a total cost of $180,900.
Funds are available in Account # 70113-54500 for FY 2026 ($60,300) and
costs for subsequent years will be appropriated during the annual budget
process.
