Call To Order  
Approval of Minutes for the May 11, 2026 Meeting.  
Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason authorizing contract  
acceptance and execution for Terra Venture Advisors LLC relocation  
Services for the 1644 Packard Avenue Project.  
Fiscal Note: There are sufficient CDBG Funds to facilitate the relocation  
case management services via Terra Venture Advisors LLC.  
Recommended Action: Staff recommend that the CDBG Advisory Board  
approve an additional $15,000 to Terra Venture Advisors LLC for  
relocation case management activities at the 1644 Packard Avenue  
Rehab Project.

It is intended that the Community Development Block Grant Advisory Board will meet in closed session  
pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Sec. 19.85 (1)(f), regarding consideration of financial or personal  
histories of specific persons, which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse  
effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data.  
CLOSED SESSION  
Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason, to allocate HOME  
funds for new construction at 1561 Holmes Avenue and a forgivable  
homeowner rehabilitation loan at 1308 Franklin Street.  
Fiscal Note: The proposed allocation consists of up to $359,263 in HOME  
funds for new construction activities at 1561 Holmes Avenue and up to  
$290,000 in HOME funds for rehabilitation activities at 1308 Franklin  
Street. Funding will be provided through available HOME Investment  
Partnerships Program funds.  
Recommended Action: That the CDBG Advisory Board recommend  
approval of an allocation of up to $359,263 in HOME funds for new  
construction at 1561 Holmes Avenue and up to $290,000 in HOME funds  
for rehabilitation activities at 1308 Franklin Street, and authorize staff to  
prepare bid specifications and solicit bids as necessary to complete the  
projects.

The Community Development Block Grant Advisory Board will return to open session  
and may take action on items discussed in closed session.
