Call To Order
Approval of Minutes for the September 2nd, 2025 Meeting.
Closed Session
It is intended that Executive Committee will convene in closed session pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes section 19.85(1)(e), to address matter that, for competitive or
bargaining reasons, requires a closed session, and that, if publicly noticed, would
compromise such negotiation and bargaining strategy.
Subject: (Direct Referral) Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason
requesting the Executive Committee meet regarding a bargaining
opportunity that, for competitive and bargaining reasons, requires a
closed session.
Recommendation of Mayor Mason: To be discussed.

Open Session
The Executive Committee will return to open session and may take actions on items
discussed in closed session.
