Approval of Minutes for the March 16, 2026 Meeting.  
4:30 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING

Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason, that the FY 2026  
Annual Action Plan (AAP) be approved and adopted, and that staff be  
authorized to submit the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban  
Development (HUD).  
Staff Recommendation: That the CDBG Advisory Board recommend  
approval of the FY 2026 Annual Action Plan and authorize the City  
Development Department to submit the Plan to HUD in accordance with  
federal requirements.  
Fiscal Note: The Annual Action Plan enables the City to receive HUD  
funding, including $1,711,710 in CDBG, $433,741 in HOME, and  
$153,237 in ESG for FY 2026, with additional program income or  
prior-year funds as available.
