Call To Order
Approval of Minutes for the June 8, 2026 Meeting.
It is intended that the Community Development Block Grant Advisory Board will meet in closed session
pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Sec. 19.85 (1)(f), regarding consideration of financial or personal
histories of specific persons, which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse
effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data.
CLOSED SESSION
Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason requesting approval
to allocate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for a
forgivable home repair loan for the owner-occupied property located at 813
Eleventh Street.
Staff Recommendation: That the CDBG Advisory Board approve the
allocation of up to $40,390 in CDBG funds to provide a forgivable home
repair loan for the owner of 813 Eleventh Street, as presented.
Fiscal Note: Sufficient CDBG funds are available to support this request.
Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason requesting approval
to allocate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for a
forgivable home repair loan for the owner-occupied property located at 819
Eleventh Street.
Staff Recommendation: That the CDBG Advisory Board approve the
allocation of up to $59,652 in CDBG funds to provide a forgivable home
repair loan for the owner of 819 Eleventh Street, as presented.
Fiscal Note: Sufficient CDBG funds are available to support this request.
