Approval of Minutes for the June 18th,2026 Meeting.
A motion was made by Peete , seconded by Jorgensen, To Approve the
Minutes. The motion PASSED by the following vote:

Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason, presenting the
proposed Ordinance #0001-26, Nuisance Properties Amendments.
Recommendation of the Executive Committee on 07.13.26: To
Approve.

Communication be Approved.The motion PASSED by the following vote:

Presentation by the Leipold Johnson Golf Group, Director Koepnick from PRCS,
and Commissioner Rooney from DPW.
Subject: Communication sponsored by Mayor Mason requesting to
authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with
Leipold Johnson Golf Group for shoreline stabilization, habitat
restoration, clubhouse construction, and a long- term lease for the
operation and maintenance of Shoop Park.
Recommendation of the Executive Committee on 07.13.26: To
Approve.
