Title
Authorization and direction that certain City-owned parcels of real estate may be utilized by the City of Racine and/or the State of Wisconsin for the STH 32 (Douglas Avenue) Road Improvement Project (R/W Project ID 2350-13-20), including the right to construct, cut and/or fill slopes and including for such purpose the right to operate the necessary equipment thereon and the right of ingress and egress as long as required for such public purpose, including the right to preserve, protect, remove, or plant thereon any vegetation that the highway authorities may deem necessary or desirable.
Resolved, that the City of Racine authorizes and directs that the following portions of parcels described below be utilized for the STH 32 (Douglas Avenue) Road Improvement Project (R/W Project ID 2350-13-20), including the right to construct, cut and/or fill slopes and including for such purpose the right to operate the necessary equipment thereon and the right of ingress and egress as long as required for such public purpose, including the right to preserve, protect, remove, or plant thereon any vegetation that the highway authorities may deem necessary or desirable, in and to the following lands in City of Racine, Racine County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Parcel 12 of Transportation Project Plat 2350-13-20 - 4.02, recorded as Document 2275907, Volume 1, Page 143, at the Racine County Courthouse Register of Deeds office in Racine County, Wisconsin. Property interests and rights of said Parcel 12 consist of: Fee Simple and Temporary Limited Easement. Any interests or rights not listed above for said parcel but shown as required on said are hereby incorporated herein by reference.

Parcel 91 of Transportation Project Plat 2350-13-20 - 4.09, recorded as Document 2275914, Volume 1, Page 150, at the Racine County Courthouse Register of Deeds office in Racine County, Wisconsin. Property interests and rights of said Parcel 91 consist of: Fee Simple. Any interests or rights not listed above for said parcel but shown as required on said are hereby incorporated herein by reference.

Further resolved, that certified copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation as part of the documentation related to the aforementioned STH 32 (Douglas Avenue) Road Improvement Project (R/W Project ID 2350-13-20).
