Recommendation of the Committee of the Whole on July 26, 2017:  Item be deferred.

 

Recommendation of the Committee of the Whole on February 6, 2018:  That the City Attorney's office redraft and propose changes to the practices and procedures that does not include a demerit point system, and that the proposal be presented to the Public Safety and Licensing Committee.

 

Recommendation of the Public Safety and Licensing Committee on 02-27-2018: That the Communication from the City Attorney regarding the City’s alcohol licensing and alcohol license revocation/nonrenewal practices and procedures be deferred to allow for the committee members to review the changes.
