Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 3-7-2022: The Mayor and City Clerk enter into an agreement between the City of Racine and the Community Development Authority of the City of Racine regarding coordination and cooperation and that the ABM and related agreement be revised, by request of the committee, to eliminate the reference to any other TID’s that are created by the City of Racine for neighborhood conservation and to include language to ensure compliance with the approved TID project plan. Fiscal Note: The City may charge the CDA for work provided based on substantiated hours and rate of pay.
