The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows: Part 1: Sec. 70-131(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by changing in the second sentence the word “concessionaire” to “owner” and by changing at the end of the sentence “concession building” to read “facility”. Part 2: Sec. 70-1(b) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is amended by changing the fee amount in Sec. 131(a), Fifth Street boat ramp use, “$40.00” to read “$100.00”. Part 3: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication. To amend Sec. 70-131(a) and 70-1(b) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Fifth Street boat ramp - Violations; payment of forfeiture in lieu of court appearance.

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 70-131(a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by changing in the second sentence the word "concessionaire" to "owner" and by changing at the end of the sentence "concession building" to read "facility".

Part 2:

Sec. 70-1(b) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is amended by changing the fee amount in Sec. 131(a), Fifth Street boat ramp use, "$40.00" to read "$100.00".

Part 3:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
