ORDINANCE NO. 28-05

Body

To amend Sec. 22-1146 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Board of Examiners - Composition; appointment of members, term.

Part 1:

Sec. 22-1146 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by deleting in the first sentence, the phrase "who are residents of the city."

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
