Title: Permission to close alley for Western Days Celebration Resolved, that the West Racine Business and Professional Association be granted permission to close the T-alley on the south side of the 3200 block of Washington Avenue adjacent to the city-owned parking lot in conjunction with their Western Days celebration on Saturday, July 19, 2008, in accordance with their request. Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event. E. The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee. Further resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety, to implement this event. Fiscal Note: T...

Resolved, that the West Racine Business and Professional Association be granted permission to close the T-alley on the south side of the 3200 block of Washington Avenue adjacent to the city-owned parking lot in conjunction with their Western Days celebration on Saturday, July 19, 2008, in accordance with their request.
 
Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations:
 
A.  A hold harmless agreement be executed.
