Title: Harbor Fest Street Closures and Stipulations Resolved, that Harbor Fest, Inc., be granted permission to close Festival Park Drive between 5th Street and 6th Street, and 5th Street between Festival Park Drive and Lake Avenue, for Harbor Fest from 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2007 thru 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2007, in accordance with their request. Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event. E. The sponsor shall pay a $300.00 special event fee. Further resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety, to implement this event. Resolved, that Harbor Fest, Inc., be granted permission to close Festival Park Drive between 5th Street and 6th Street, and 5th Street between Festival Park Drive and Lake Avenue, for Harbor Fest from 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2007 thru 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2007, in accordance with their request.

 

Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations:
