Fiscal Note: 2011 net City savings of $59,296 based on employee WRS contributions of 5.8% and a 2.9% pay increase effective the first day of the first pay period after March 13th. 2012 net City savings of $39,097 based on employee WRS contributions of 5.8% and a 1.6% pay increase effective January 1, 2012.
