Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 3-9-10: That the use of 9" Portland cement concrete pavement be approved for State Contract ID: 2440-07-00/70 7th Street (STH 20), Marquette Street to Main Street.
Further recommends that a resolution showing that support be sent to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to create a revised project agreement.
Further recommends that when the revised project agreement is received from WisDOT, that it be approved.
Fiscal Note: Funds are available in the 2011 Capital Improvement Project budget.
