Title
Approval of Golf Course Green Fee Surcharge Changes
Resolved, that the Golf Course Green Fee Surcharge Changes be approved as follows:
1. Collect a $0.50 fee per nine holes to be used for green and tee improvements at the course at which it is collected.
2. Create a separate revenue line item within the Golf Course Enterprise Fund to account for the fees received. Match these fees, dollar for dollar, with currently available undesignated unreserved Golf Course Fund Balance. Account for these non-lapsing funds in a segregated reserved Fund Balance account (107.000.4120, Fund Balance-Green Fee Surcharge).
3. Create a 5-year Capital Improvement Plan for green and tee improvements using the Green Fee surcharge reserves.
Fiscal Note: No new tax dollars. All costs will be contained within the Golf Course Enterprise Fund.
