RESOLVED, that Contract 44-05 (K5-051), Laurel Clark Memorial Fountain, be awarded to Bane-Nelson, Inc., Kenosha, WI, at their base bid price of $122,113.00, plus alternate bid items A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, and A8, for a total contract amount of $137,203.00, they being the lowest responsible bidder.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding to defray the cost of this public works project be appropriated from Account 969.000.5870, TIF District No. 9.
Fiscal Note: Funds are available as herein delineated.
