The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows: Part 1: Sec. 98-33(c) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the phrase "and powers" in two places after the word "duties"; by deleting in "(c)(5)" at the end of the sentence "and"; by creating a new "(c)(6)" to read: "To acquire, lease or sell real property, including fixtures and improvements, subject to approval of the common council; and"; and to renumber the current "(6)" to read "(7)". Part 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication. The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:
