Requesting approval to accept a donation of land from SC Johnson for the purpose of right-of-way - 904 14th Street (Tax #087 91000) and 1000 14th Street (Tax #088 57001).
Resolved, that the donation of land, described as follows, be accepted:
P.I.N. 088 57001 - That part of Block 75 in School Section in the City of Racine, Racine County Wisconsin that is part of the Southwest ¼ of Section 16 Township 3 North, Range 23 East described as follows:
The south 5.00 feet and the East 30.00 feet, of the East 88 feet of the south 120.00 feet of that part of block 75. Said described tract containing 150.00 square feet more-or-less.
P.I.N. 087 91000 - That part of Block 74 in School Section in the City of Racine, Racine County Wisconsin that is part of the Southwest ¼ of
Section 16 Township 3 North, Range 23 East described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner Block 74; thence North along East line of Howe Street 5.00 feet; thence East and parallel to the North line of 14th Street 45.00 feet; thence South and parallel to East line of Howe Street 5.00 feet; thence West along North line of 14th Street 45.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said described tract containing 225.00 square feet more-or-less.
Further resolved, that a letter of thanks be sent to the donor.
