Recommendation of the Public Safety and Licensing Committee on 6-7-10: That the "Class A" Retail Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor application for AD United Petroleum, 1917 Sixteenth Street be approved for renewal with a side agreement which will include signage, written policy for training employees, adequate lighting in the parking lot and voluntary surrender of license if any violations under Chapter 125 occur.
