RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Pepsi Americas - Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers to be the exclusive provider of soft drink beverages at the City of Racine's five community centers for the period of February 19, 2006 through February 19, 2011, with an initial payment of $35,000 to the City.
