Title: STREET CLOSINGS ZOO-B-QUE EVENT RESOLVED, that the Racine Zoological Society be granted permission to close Goold Street from Main Street to Michigan Boulevard and Michigan Boulevard from Goold Street to Yout Street, from 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2006, to 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 30, 2006, in conjunction with the Zoo-B-que event, with the following stipulations: a. A hold harmless agreement be executed; b. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event; c. any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor; d. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event; e. No alcohol beverages will be sold and/or dispensed within the street right-of-way; f. The sponsor shall pay a $350.00 special event fee. FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of safety, to implement this event. FISCAL NOTE: Th...

RESOLVED, that the Racine Zoological Society be granted permission to close Goold Street from Main Street to Michigan Boulevard and Michigan Boulevard from Goold Street to Yout Street, from 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 28, 2006, to 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 30, 2006, in conjunction with the Zoo-B-que event, with the following stipulations:

 

a.  A hold harmless agreement be executed;
