(Res.08-0856) Recommendation: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute a contract with Butterfield, Rudie & Seitz, Racine, WI, for professional engineering services for renovations at the Police Department Impound Lot, at a cost not-to-exceed $37,600.00. Further recommends that this item be referred to the Finance and Personnel Committee for appropriate funding. Fiscal Note: Not applicable at this time. Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 05-27-08: $37,600.00 be appropriated from the 2006 Capital Bond Fund and placed in Account 986.310.5070 Impound Building to cover the costs of this project. Fiscal Note: Sufficient funds are available for this appropriation.
