Title: Subject: Communication from the Director of City Development submitting an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice for the City of Racine. (Res No. 15-0122) As a condition for receipt of community development funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the City of Racine is required to affirmatively further fair housing. Recommendation of the Community Development Committee on 3-5-15: That the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice, dated February 2015, be approved.
