Title
Automobile Repair Facility at 1454 Junction Avenue
That the request by Paulo Martinez for a conditional use permit to operate an automobile repair facility at 1454 Junction Avenue is approved, subject to the following conditions:
That the plans presented to the Plan Commission at the April 9, 2014 Plan Commission meeting be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
b. That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department.
c. That the hours the establishment may be open are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
d. That no engine repair, transmission repair or service, tire work, a/c, body work, body work or painting be allowed at this location. Also, diesel vehicles may not be serviced at this location.
e. That all aspects of the operation of the auto repair must be contained indoors, including the storage of parts, equipment, and tires. No outdoor display of sales of products or vehicles for sales is allowed.
f. That vehicles for repair shall be limited to private passenger automobiles and personal trucks or vans. No commercial vehicle repair is allowed. Towing trucks may not be stored on the site at any time.
g. That all vehicles being worked on or awaiting work shall be stored indoors, or in the striped spaces behind the building or on the leased space at 1450 Junction. There shall be no parking in the alley.
h. That all doors and windows to the building must remained closed while vehicle work is being done to lessen the impact of noise on the surrounding neighborhoods.
i. That no junked or inoperable vehicles may be stored at this location, and no vehicle salvage be conducted at this location
j. That all signs shall be professionally made and approved by the Department of City Development prior to issuance of a building permit for installation.
