RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a professional services contract with ARC Architectural Group, LLC, Racine, WI, for the provision of plans and specifications for City Hall Renovations, Phase I, at a cost not-to-exceed $61,810.00.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from Account 986.100.5010, City Hall Facility Plan Implementation.
