Subject: Communication from the Director of Management Information Systems requesting that the City enter into a Hold-Harmless agreement with All Saint’s Healthcare Organization for the installation of wireless antenna equipment on the roof of the CVI building on the All Saint’s campus.
Recommendation: Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a hold harmless agreement with All Saint's Healthcare for the installation of wireless antenna equipment on the roof of the CVI building at the All Saint's campus.
Fiscal Note: The City of Racine would assume all liability for any damage which may occur due to the installation of this equipment.
