The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows: Part 1: Section 66-262(b) (1) and (2) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine be hereby amended by deleting the current subsections and inserting the following in its place: “(1) Possession, public display, attempting to sell, giving away or bartering Synthetic cannabinoid - $300 plus costs ($555.00). (2) For sale of Synthetic cannabinoid $2,500 plus costs ($3,201.00).” Part 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication. The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Section 66-262(b) (1) and (2) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine be hereby amended by deleting the current subsections and inserting the following in its place:

"(1)  Possession, public display, attempting to sell, giving away or bartering Synthetic cannabinoid - $300 plus costs ($555.00).

(2)  For sale of Synthetic cannabinoid $2,500 plus costs ($3,201.00)."

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
