To repeal and recreate Sec. 22-476 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Gasoline service stations - application for owner's license;

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 22-476 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows:

"An application for a gasoline service station owner's license shallbe filed with the city clerk at leat 15 days prior to the granting of any such license. Any false statement in the application shall make the license issued thereon void."

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
